This power supply cabinet is widely used in substations from 10KV to 500KV, as well as power distribution rooms in power plants, commercial centers, residential areas, factories, and mines. It can achieve remote communication with the host computer via RS485/232 communication interfaces. The system charges strictly according to the battery charging curve, effectively preventing overcharging and undercharging, thereby extending battery life.
Functionally, the GZDW series features a dual protection design, including dual AC power supply lines, a combined bus (charging power supply and battery supply), and dual voltage stabilization systems for the control bus. The battery group supports N+1 backup charging, and the central control system offers both manual and automatic control modes. Its intelligent charging module supports online hot-swap and possesses automatic current sharing and fault self-removal functions, effectively preventing accident escalation. Furthermore, the system is capable of online detection of voltage, internal resistance, and temperature for each battery or single power supply, as well as the insulation resistance of each feeder branch to the ground. An activation control function is included to prevent battery capacity reduction due to long-term non-discharge, further extending battery life.
To ensure system stability and convenience, the control bus voltage regulation utilizes a dual power supply, significantly enhancing its stability and reliability. It provides online display of various voltages, currents, temperatures, statuses, and faults, supporting the setting of various parameter values and historical record retrieval, which greatly facilitates quick accident handling. The product is equipped with RS232, 422, and 485 communication interfaces, enabling remote control, remote measurement, remote adjustment, and remote signaling (four-remote functions) with the host computer. The standardized modular structure design guarantees process quality and offers convenience for future maintenance.
Regarding its main technical parameters, the GZDW series power supply cabinet features an AC input voltage of AC 380V±15%50Hz three-phase four-wire, two-way power input. DC output voltages are selectable from DC220V, DC110V, DC48V, and DC24V. DC output current ranges from 5-3000A for the closing bus (HM) and 5-200A for the control bus (KM). It supports lead-acid maintenance-free batteries with capacities from 10AH-3000AH. The voltage accuracy is ≤±0.3%, ripple coefficient ≤0.3%, system efficiency ≥93%, power factor ≥0.99, and parallel current inequality ≤2%. Operational noise is ≤50dB (1 meter in front of the panel), and ground resistance is ≤0.1Ω.
