At the core of our products lies the amorphous alloy material, which is a primary advantage due to its no-load performance. We implement a three-limb or five-limb core structure to suit varying application requirements. Recognizing the inherently weaker short-circuit withstand capability of rectangular amorphous cores, we employ a patented coil structure to significantly enhance this aspect.
Both high and low voltage windings are manufactured using a vacuum resin casting structure. This process endows the coils with mechanical strength, short-circuit resistance, and low partial discharge characteristics. Furthermore, this design renders the product flame-retardant, self-extinguishing, and pollution-free, allowing for safe direct operation at load centers.
Benefiting from a carefully engineered heat dissipation capability and structural stability, our transformers exhibit low noise levels and are resistant to cracking, ensuring long-term operational reliability. The windings and iron core surfaces are fully covered by solid insulation, providing moisture-proof and mold-proof properties, enabling stable operation in high humidity and harsh environments.
From an energy efficiency standpoint, our Amorphous Alloy Core Dry Type Transformers boast exceptionally low no-load losses, approximately 30-40% of those found in silicon steel transformers. This translates into substantial electricity cost savings for our users. Additionally, they feature strong overload capability, capable of safe and sustained operation at 120% overload, offering greater operational flexibility.
As our products contain no transformer oil, the fundamental risks of oil degradation and sealing leakage are entirely eliminated. This enables maintenance-free operation, significantly extending maintenance cycles and drastically reducing associated costs. Their compact size and light weight also contribute to easier installation.
