The iron core columns and windings of this reactor series are entirely resin-cast, which provides better electrical performance and mechanical strength. Through careful design, we select lower magnetic flux density and set more small air gaps, thereby ensuring the reactor's precision and linearity.
Thanks to the windings being vacuum pressure resin cast, our reactors exhibit advantages such as low partial discharge, high mechanical strength, and strong short-circuit resistance. Furthermore, their safety, fireproof, and pollution-free characteristics allow them to operate directly within load centers.
The iron core cakes and air gaps are integrally cast in resin, effectively reducing the magnetostriction and vibration of the iron core sheets. This results in products with high mechanical strength and low noise. Their small size, light weight, and ease of installation contribute to simplified on-site deployment and maintenance.
Moreover, because there is no transformer oil, the product entirely eliminates the risks of oil degradation and sealing leakage, allowing for maintenance-free operation. The winding and iron core surfaces are covered by solid insulation, thus possessing moisture-proof and mold-proof performance, enabling reliable operation even in high humidity and harsh environments.
