In terms of design, we prioritize the use of copper foil for low-voltage windings, while the high-voltage coils feature a multi-layer cylindrical structure. Axial oil passages are incorporated as needed to ensure ampere-turn balance between the high and low-voltage windings. These structural choices endow the coils with high mechanical strength and robust short-circuit withstand capability. The presence of axial oil passages also significantly enhances heat dissipation, leading to a lower hot-spot temperature rise within the windings.
Our 35kV oil-immersed transformers utilize a corrugated tank structure, where the expansion of the corrugated fins replaces the function of a traditional conservator tank. This design effectively isolates the transformer oil from ambient air, preventing the ingress of oxygen and moisture, which in turn mitigates oil degradation. For models equipped with a conservator tank, we integrate a capsule within it to achieve the same isolation of oil from air, significantly extending the transformer's maintenance cycle and substantially reducing maintenance costs. All sealing components are made from high-quality acrylic rubber, offering heat resistance and superior weatherability for prolonged reliability.
During the manufacturing process, we employ vapor phase drying and vacuum oil injection techniques to ensure thorough insulation drying and minimal air bubble content in the oil, thereby enhancing insulation performance and overall reliability. Both the core and windings are independently secured with fastening measures, utilizing self-locking anti-loosening nuts. This robust construction allows the transformer to withstand transportation vibrations, ensuring reliable operation upon arrival at the site without the need for core inspection. Furthermore, we utilize high-quality high magnetic permeability silicon steel sheets for the core and apply advanced production processes to achieve superior characteristics such as low loss and low noise.
