In terms of design and structure, our S13 35kV oil-immersed transformers incorporate several key optimizations. The low-voltage windings are preferably made of copper foil, while the high-voltage coils feature a multi-layer cylindrical structure. To enhance heat dissipation and ensure lower hot spot temperature rise, we strategically design axial oil channels as needed, concurrently maintaining balanced ampere-turn distribution between the high and low voltage windings.
Regarding performance and reliability, this product exhibits high mechanical strength and robust short-circuit withstand capability. To ensure stability during transportation and reliable operation on-site, both the iron core and windings are secured with independent fastening measures. Self-locking anti-loosening nuts are utilized for fasteners, allowing the transformer to withstand bumps during transport and ensuring reliable operation upon arrival without requiring a core lifting inspection.
For maintenance and service life, we employ advanced vapor-phase drying and vacuum oil injection processes for the transformer body, ensuring thorough insulation drying and minimal air bubble content in the oil. The oil conservator is equipped with a capsule, which completely isolates the transformer oil from the atmosphere. This critical feature effectively prevents oil degradation and moisture ingress, significantly extending the transformer's maintenance cycle and substantially reducing overall maintenance costs.
