Our oil-immersed transformers are engineered for excellence in design. For instance, the low-voltage windings preferentially utilize copper foil, while the high-voltage coils employ a multi-layer cylindrical structure, featuring axial oil channels where necessary. This meticulous design ensures a balanced ampere-turn distribution between high and low-voltage windings, resulting in high mechanical strength and robust short-circuit withstand capability. The axial oil channels are particularly effective in enhancing heat dissipation, leading to a lower hot spot temperature rise within the coils.
Structurally, both the iron core and windings incorporate specific fastening measures, employing self-locking anti-loosening nuts. This design allows the transformers to reliably withstand transportation jolts, ensuring they can be put into dependable operation upon arrival at the site without the need for core inspection. Furthermore, our use of a corrugated oil tank structure leverages the expansion of corrugated fins to replace the traditional conservator function. This design effectively isolates the transformer oil from the air, preventing oxygen and moisture ingress, thereby mitigating oil degradation. All sealing components are made from high-quality acrylic rubber, providing heat resistance and outstanding weatherability.
In our manufacturing process, we employ gas-phase drying and vacuum oil injection techniques to ensure thorough insulation drying and minimize gas content within the oil. The conservator is equipped with a capsule, further enhancing the isolation of transformer oil from the atmosphere. This not only prevents oil deterioration and moisture intrusion but also significantly extends the transformer's maintenance cycle, leading to substantial reductions in maintenance costs. The combination of these design and manufacturing advancements enables this series of transformers to be broadly applied in industrial and urban power grids, providing reliable and efficient power transmission solutions.
