In terms of functional configuration, the S12-CZB(1) series integrates the high-voltage load switch and fuse, providing essential protection functions for electrical equipment. Furthermore, low-voltage distribution, metering, and compensation devices can be flexibly configured according to specific user needs, offering a comprehensive power solution.
Regarding electrical performance, the S12-CZB(1) series combined transformer offers a wide range of rated capacities, covering specifications from 50kVA to 1600kVA, and is adaptable to various system voltages such as 6kV, 6.3kV, 6.6kV, 10kV, 10.5kV, and 11kV. The high-voltage side features a tapping range of ±5% or ±2×2.5%. Its power frequency withstand voltage is 25kV/1 minute for the 6kV class and 35kV/1 minute for the 10kV class; the lightning impulse withstand voltage is 60kV (full wave) for the 6kV class and 75kV (full wave) for the 10kV class, with chopped wave impulse voltages of 65kV and 85kV respectively. The backup protection fuse has a breaking capacity of 50kA, and the load switch is available in 300A and 600A rated currents, with a thermal stability current of 12kA or 16kA and a dynamic stability current of 30kA or 40kA.
Operationally and environmentally, the product is capable of functioning normally in ambient temperatures ranging from -25℃ to +40℃, with the oil top temperature typically remaining below 85℃. The noise level is maintained at below 50dB.
