Intelligent Indoor Medium-Voltage Box Transformer

The product's main structure is divided into three independent sections: the high-voltage switch room, the transformer room, and the low-voltage room, allowing for separate transportation to simplify logistics and on-site deployment. The high-voltage side incorporates a withdrawable load switch with solid-sealed insulation, providing a clearly visible isolation disconnection point and significantly facilitating fuse replacement and maintenance. For the high-voltage unit, the product has a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated frequency of 50Hz. Its rated power frequency withstand voltage phase-to-phase/to-ground is 42/48kV, and the rated lightning impulse withstand voltage phase-to-phase/to-ground is 75/85kV. The rated current is 630A, with a rated short-time withstand current of 20kA (for 3 seconds), and a rated peak withstand current of 50kA.

The transformer section utilizes an epoxy resin fully insulated dry-type transformer, ensuring stable and safe operation. It offers a rated capacity range from 100kVA to 400kVA with a rated voltage ratio of 10/0.4kV and tap ranges of ±2×2.5% or ±5%. Connection groups can be selected as D,yn11 or Y,yn0.

The low-voltage side is equipped with new circuit breakers characterized by their small size, high breaking capacity, and arc-free operation, ensuring reliable power distribution. The low-voltage unit has a rated voltage of 400V. The main circuit's rated current ranges from 100A to 1000A, while feedback circuits range from 50A to 630A, supporting 3 to 4 feedback circuits. Furthermore, the product integrates a new intelligent reactive power compensation device, offering a compensation capacity from 30kvar to 120kvar.

Regarding the enclosure, the equipment is designed for direct indoor placement and holds an IP32 protection level. Its overall dimensions are compact, with maximum measurements of ≤1350mm in width, ≤1400mm in depth, and ≤2200mm in height. These attributes collectively ensure the product's adaptability and reliable performance across diverse indoor environments.

Instructions 

1. Before installing the foundation, pre-dig the soil according to the diagram and compact the bottom. For details, see the foundation compaction diagram
2. It is recommended to pre-embed steel plates or pre-plant bolts according to the installation size of the pit foundation, and weld or fix the installation feet with nuts after the pit is in place. After installation, backfill the soil according to the horizon and then plant turf.
